RENTAL
PERIOD:
The minimum rental period for Saloon Cars shall be 24 hours. Any
excess hours shall be charged accordingly.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR CARS:
Local UAE Residents:
The License should be valid and should be at least one year old.
Visitors/Tourists:
The hirer should bear an international driving license accompanied
by the original valid driving license, issued by his/her country.
The international license should be valid for at least one year.
AGE:
All drivers must be at least 25 years or above and should hold of
valid driving license for over 1 year.
INSURANCE:
The hirer shall be responsible for the excess insurance charges
of Dhs. 1500/- (US $ 410) for Saloon Cars and Dhs. 3000/- (US$ 820)
for Luxury Cars in case of any accident caused to the vehicle; if
held responsible for the accident by police, provided he/she submits
all the necessary police court case papers to claim the same from
insurance company. Otherwise, the hirer shall be responsible for
the payment of damage charges as per estimate in both the cases;
the hirer shall be responsible to pay the rental charges for the
total repair period.
ACCIDENTS / DAMAGES:
In case of accident or damage to the vehicle, please observe the
following procedure:
- Call the Traffic Police immediately.
- Do not accept any liability.
- Contact our office for assistance and advice, if required.
- Obtain a copy of the Police Report for insurance and repairs.
All claims are subject to acceptance by the Insurance Company.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION:
Deliveries /collection within the Emirate of Dubai free of charge.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations must be faxed or e-mailed to us at least 48 hours prior
to arrival in the U.A.E. For local rental a 24 hour advance fax
is sufficient.
